We have mastered the art of automated video encoding and thumbnail generation, We use conditional video players that can play video in Mobile Apple devices such as Ipad and Iphone using HTML5.0 based players and H264 codec based mp4 videos, For platforms that use flash we use Flash based players that play flv video files. For video sites we use FFMPEG based encoding to generate flash based flv files automatically on the fly with thumbnail generation, We can also use automated video from web cam or traditional video uploads.
